| Trip leader, Scott Kelley, cancelled the climb Friday morning due to poor weather. The weather forecast was for mostly cloudy skies and a chance of showers on Friday night and Saturday morning. A chance of thunderstorms was also predicted for later in the afternoon on Saturday. I am pleased with Scott's decision to cancel the climb ... I will get to travel to Eugene and watch my daughter, Beth, compete in the Discus throw at the Oregon State Track Championships. |
