| John and I had a super time on this trip. The weather was absolutely perfect! Watched the moonrise Saturday night from base camp, watched the sunrise from Middle Sister an hour to two into our climb to the summit on Sunday. Both scenes were spectacular. Enjoyed climbing with everyone on this team. We all climbed at a really good pace and everyone was in good spirits at the summit. Yeah!! As always, Steve's organization and leadership made the climb that much more enjoyable. Incorporating his family and horses on the trip to base camp was also very nice and it was obvious that Steve was very glad to have them there. Thanks, Steve and Brad Tedrow for a great trip. | Hola... What a great weekend! So much good conversation and excellent food(Thanks Shelly and Ann Marie and Sinead)...we ate SOOO much!! The weather was perfect, close to a full moon and clear starry night...this was like a mini backpack trip, the route was a 'Medium' level, considering scree and loose larger rock, otherwise 'Easy'. Brad was a very good Assistant, didn't poke anybody with his walking sticks to get movin' faster. Steve, as always, had us all organized and we were even an hour or so ahead of schedule, maybe more :) And the Dougherty familia...including pack horses...what a great way to include family in a climb! I vote to do more trips this way! Always looking forward to the next trip...
